MIAMI MUSIC WEEK - MARCH 2011: THE AFTERMATH

Another great time was had by all down in MIAMI during a series of events between MARCH 23-27th. Snapped some pix at 'BASS INVADERS' (EVE nightclub), 'URBAN CHEMISTRY + FRIENDS' Showcase (GANSEVOORT HOTEL Rooftop), 'RUBIK + SUBLIFE' Showcase (LIQUOR LOUNGE), 'BASSDRIVE SESSIONS' (VILLA 221), and various settings around town. Weather was perfect, drinks were flowing, and the music and company were first class. Looking forward to next year!

Here are some pix (check out the ENTIRE SET in hi-res •• HERE ••).......

STUNNA - CALIFORNIA SWING (WINTER 2011)

I'll be heading westward once again this FEBRUARY as I journey down the coast of CALIFORNIA on a quick DJ tour.......

Kicking things off in SAN FRANCISCO on TUESDAY the 15TH at the 'SHELTER' night going down at UNDERGROUND SF, I'll be spinning alongside heavy-hitting DJ/producers PARALLEL (PORTLAND, OR) and METHOD ONE (SAN FRAN) as well as the birthday-celebrating tandem WARBREAKER and GRACE and the return to the M-I-C by one of the BAY AREA's greats: AX!OM MC.

On FRIDAY the 18TH, I'll be making my debut at the 'SACRED SOUNDS' monthly happening at 2ND STREET JAZZ in downtown LOS ANGELES sharing the stage with all three members of established DRUM+BASS act BACHELORS OF SCIENCE.

Rounding out the trip on SUNDAY the 20TH, I head down south to SAN DIEGO for a return trip to play the long-time running FREE weekly 'LIQUID' at THE RED C LOUNGE on yet another evening featuring the BACHELORS OF SCIENCE as we help 'LIQUID' resident DJ FRIZZ celebrate his birthday.

Hope to see some of you out and about!!

THE GREENROOM Re-Launches 'SPOTLIGHT MIX' Series

Fresh for a new year (and after a brief hiatus), STUNNA's weekly BASSDRIVE show 'THE GREENROOM' re-ignites the fire under the long-time running 'SPOTLIGHT MIX' series. Centering up the production work of a single artist, each mix gives an in-depth view of the producer's back catalogue of releases and unreleased work. Kicking off JANUARY 2011 in fine style will be an unprecedented THREE spotlights in a row...

WILL MILES (January 5th),
KJELL (January 12th), and STYLE CONTROL [aka WILL MILES, KJELL, ILL OMEN, NaCl] (January 19th).

You can catch 'THE GREENROOM' WEDNESDAYS from 2-5PM (CHICAGO)/8-11PM (LONDON) on WWW.BASSDRIVE.COM.

For a look back at the first 16 installments in the 'SPOTLIGHT MIX' series, head on over to STUNNA's Mix Archive Page: ((HERE))
