On WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 6th, STUNNA kicks off another busy month of broadcasts in 'THE GREENROOM' on BASSDRIVE Radio. During this week's edition, we're treated to an exclusive guest mix from talented artist DASH, as he makes his debut appearance on the program.
NOTTINGHAM, UK-based DRUM + BASS producer and DJ DASH has been making a lot of waves in the scene as of late. With a number of well-received, high quality releases for the likes of DEFAULT RECORDINGS, FX909 MUSIC, HEART TWICE, LIQUID DROPS, SMOOTH N GROOVE RECORDS, and SOUL DEEP RECORDINGS, DASH (aka NICK TONGUE) has been extremely busy in the studio, crafting his unique sound: a well-balanced mosaic of deep basslines and abstract elements blended together with nostalgic touches, reflecting upon JUNGLE's past.
Moving forward on the strength of his "INDULGE" (SOUL DEEP) and "DANGEROUS MINDS" (SMOOTH N GROOVE) albums, nearly a dozen EPs (for the likes of DEFAULT RECORDINGS, HEART TWICE, LIQUID DROPS and more), and the release of the "COMPUTER ROCK" EP on his recently-launched BANDCAMP PAGE, FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 8th sees the unveiling of DASH's newest offering for SOUL DEEP RECORDINGS, in form of the "MAKE IT HAPPEN" EP. The remainder of 2023 and beyond looks to be busy for DASH as well, with upcoming remix and collaborative action alongside A.K.A., BLADE, ECLIPTIX, FX909, JazzInspired, KEIST, MADCAP, and PAYBACK.
