CHICAGO-based artist SKRIMSHAW (aka JACOB PAUL) was introduced to DRUM+BASS music in the late 1990s in the city’s rave scene and began his journey as a DJ soon after. His love for the D+B sound has only grown deeper since then. He is a currently a both the DnBiD and PROPER CHICAGO crews. During the past number of years, SKRIMSHAW has performed at countless venues throughout the CHICAGO area, as well as raves, bars, clubs, lofts, and underground parties out of state. Always excited to share his love of the music, SKRIMSHAW’s deep crates and extensive knowledge of all styles of DRUM+BASS and JUNGLE enable him to come correct every time with selections suited for all occasions.
