On WEDNESDAY, APRIL 12, 2023, STUNNA presents another special edition of 'THE GREENROOM' on BASSDRIVE Radio. In this week's installment, STUNNA welcomes MINNEAPOLIS, MINNESOTA-based DJs JEN SYMMETRY and NICK MERCHANT to the program for an exclusive guest mix.
JEN SYMMETRY has loved bass-driven music for close to two decades. Performing at clubs, parties, and festivals, she regularly offers support for international headliners, including APHRODITE, RONI SIZE, SAM BINGA, TERNION SOUND, and more. Recently, her high-energy, precise performances have also earned her headlining spots of her own around the country. As a producer, she creates melodic DRUM+BASS and JUNGLE music. With current offerings on imprints such as VIBE RAIDERS, FOREFRONT RECORDINGS, and RHYTHMIC REMEDIES, she's looking forward to seeing new tunes make their way to label releases in the near future.
JEN's showcased her talent in dozens of cities from NYC to L.A., playing notable events and venues (RESPECT, THE BLACK BOX, FIRST AVE, SD UNION, WMC, WORLD OF DRUM+BASS, THE GREAT BEYOND), and has held several residencies over the years (most recently, as a SIREN PROJECT and BOOMSLANG resident). Also a member of PROPER CHICAGO, MECHANIX MINNEAPOLIS, and SUBBASS PRODUCTIONS, you can regularly find her performing at their events.
Additionally, you can catch JEN on the SLPDNB channel on TWITCH, where she co-hosts with her partner NICK MERCHANT. During the pandemic, TWITCH streaming provided a performance outlet for her while in-person gigs were on hold. After spending a year DJing on the platform, she gained national recognition by winning the title of '916 JUNGLIST/DYSTOPIA BATTLE' CHAMPION, and acquiring a nomination for BEST NEWCOMER in the TWITCH BREAKBEAT AWARDS.

NICK MERCHANT’s played his unique style of DRUM+BASS in the MIDWEST since the early 2000s. He’s been defined over the years by smooth mixes and classy track selection. While playing direct support for headliners and performing on major stages has kept him busy, he’s recently added promoting shows with MECHANIX MINNEAPOLIS, PROPER CHICAGO, SUBBASS PRODUCTIONS, and his popular SLPDNB channel on TWITCH to his schedule. This well-respected MINNEAPOLIS veteran DJ is a talent you won’t want to miss.
